  • Disco: Identified gaps and opportunities as company determined how to mature beyond 0-1 and Year 1 startup practices

    • Job levels (NDA required) that ensured parity among UX disciplines with baselines for fair, equivalent assessment

    • Partnered with CX and Sales teams to establish feedback loops into product and design cycles

  • Kickstarter: In the first cohort of teams to successfully move to a 4-day work week.
    • Approach: Worked cross-functionally to identify process efficiencies and gaps to identify implementation strategy.

    • Implementation: Created a 4-week glide path, reducing team hours by 2 hours a week while assessing and adjusting to impact in real time; aligned release and localization schedules to ensure coverage for distributed teams worldwide.

  • Ancestry: As early days of Covid upended our ways of working, I stood up an emerging innovation team called Content Experiences
