Early digital work
My origin story is in media. I began as a journalist, producing award-winning content in print, broadcast and digital. My work was based on journalistic principles – treating information ethically was table stakes. I was able to see opportunities for content re-use and personalization in ways that grew engagement without compromising integrity.
It was a launching pad for becoming an information architect and product content strategist. My work was most effective working in 2-sides marketplaces and delivering human experiences in regulated environments.

My early experiences inform my work now as a design leader, particularly as emerging capabilities in AI places greater emphasis on concepts of transparency and trust.
