My work has always been hyperfocused on getting the customer closer to the information and systems they need to have the experiences they are seeking. Design, product, AI, community, Saas, structured models, tasks, JTBD, media... yes.
All of it. And that looks different for every company.
Leading design is by nature facilitative. To drive and align on a shared vision, I design the structures of design teams to ensure the broader organiztion and interaction and the system and mechanicms they suoport.
My focus is on the nexus of these aspects to create meaningful experiences that meet business goals.
